Welcome to NovoVault. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, making a purchase, submitting items for sale or consignment, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Use
NovoVault operates as an online marketplace offering collectibles, LEGO®, electronics, and other curated items for sale, as well as item purchasing and consignment services. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
Product Listings & Availability
All items listed on NovoVault are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove listings at any time without notice. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided to the best of our ability; however, minor errors may occur. NovoVault reserves the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel orders if necessary.
Sales Policy
Sales Policy
All sales are final. NovoVault does not accept returns or exchanges only in the event of proper documentation of an order error. Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully prior to purchasing. If an issue arises with an order, customers must contact our support team promptly so the matter can be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
NovoVault Guarantee
All items are thoroughly inspected and verified before being listed for sale and are backed by the NovoVault Guarantee. While we take great care in quality control, buyers must notify support immediately if an issue is identified upon receipt of an order so we may assist accordingly.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. NovoVault accepts payments through approved third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to update pricing, promotions, or discounts at any time. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed or shipped.
Store Credit
Store credit may be offered at NovoVault’s discretion and is issued in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used in accordance with site policies at checkout. Store credit is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Selling Items to NovoVault
NovoVault purchases items directly from collectors and sellers. Submission of an item does not guarantee acceptance or purchase. Once an item is received and inspected, payment is issued through the seller’s selected payment method or as store credit, if chosen. In select cases, payment may be issued prior to receipt through an approved PayPal invoice. Local pickup and in-person payment may be available for New York and tri-state area sellers, subject to approval.
Consignment Terms
NovoVault offers consignment services at a 15% consignment rate for approved items. Appraised values are estimates and not guaranteed sale prices. Consigned items remain the property of the seller until sold. Sellers may request the return of their consigned items at any time and are responsible only for the cost of return shipping. Consigned items can be tracked through the seller’s member account once accepted.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Shipping times and methods may vary depending on the item and destination. NovoVault is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. For issues with lost packages contact our support team for a resolution.
Auctions & Third-Party Platforms
NovoVault may list items for auction or sale on third-party platforms such as eBay and Whatnot. Transactions conducted on external platforms are subject to their respective terms and policies. NovoVault is not responsible for platform-specific issues outside of our direct control.
Accounts & Membership
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. NovoVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the NovoVault website including the NovoVault logo, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of NovoVault or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
NovoVault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable transaction, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
NovoVault reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
