Shipping Policy
NovoVault processes and ships all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Home Delivery, depending on the item, destination, and package requirements. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines and transit conditions are outside of NovoVault’s direct control. NovoVault is not responsible for delays, delivery errors, or losses caused by shipping carriers; however, if a package is delayed, lost, or encounters an issue in transit, customers are encouraged to contact our support team promptly so we can assist in initiating a carrier inquiry and work toward a reasonable resolution. Accurate shipping information must be provided at checkout, as NovoVault cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier acceptance, except where otherwise required by law, and all shipments are documented and tracked to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the fulfillment process.
