We curate a constantly rotating inventory through weekly discounted drops, exclusive members-only releases, and live auctions hosted on platforms like eBay and Whatnot. All items are typically shipped anywhere from the same day up to 2 business days. Standard shipping which consists of FedEx Ground and USPS ground advantage are included with every purchase. USPS priority shipping costs vary per item and will be displayed at checkout. USPS priority shipping is free for all VAULT premium members. 

All sales through NovoVault are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We are committed to providing prompt, clear communication and will work quickly to address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Every item sold by NovoVault is thoroughly inspected, tested when applicable, and verified before being listed for sale. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of our products through the NovoVault Guarantee. In the rare event an issue arises with your order, we ask that you reach out to our support team immediately. Our team will communicate promptly and transparently to ensure a fair and efficient resolution.

NovoVault also purchases items directly from collectors and sellers. Once an item is received and inspected, we issue payment promptly through the seller’s preferred platform, including Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Apple Pay, or alternatively offer store credit upon request. In select cases, payment may be issued prior to receipt through a PayPal invoice for verified sellers and approved items. As we are based in New York, sellers located in New York and the surrounding tri-state area may also have the option to arrange local pickup and in-person payment, subject to availability and item approval.

We understand that some items carry a specific expected value or may not always find the right audience on traditional selling platforms. For sellers who see their item as a good fit within one of our listed categories, NovoVault offers a consignment option at a 15% consignment rate. To submit an item for consignment, simply complete and submit the form on our Sell page. Once your submission is reviewed, our team will provide an appraised value based on current market demand and selling potential. After an agreement is reached, fulfillment will be arranged through shipping or local pickup for sellers located in the New York tri-state area. Consigned items can be tracked through the seller’s member account, and sellers may request their item to be returned at any time, with only the cost of return shipping required.

NovoVault store credit is offered as an alternative payment option and is provided in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit never expires and may be used toward any eligible purchase on the NovoVault website. Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be applied at checkout in accordance with our terms.
